Amy Etra launched her real estate career in 2005 after 20 years as a national magazine photographer, and has never looked back.  Maintaining the same stellar standards of service and high level of professionalism, she has since consistently won clients over with the exceptional patience, personal attention and integrity she brings to each relationship.

Buyers and sellers alike appreciate Amy’s commitment and unique qualities that make the real estate experience different.  Warm, worldly, witty and wise, Amy draws upon her life-learned skills of communicating and relating well to people, plus capitalizes on her command of research, technology, project management and marketing honed as an entrepreneur who ran her own successful business.  Amy is, in essence, an artist at heart with a keen business mind.  She possesses that rare “left and right brain” combination of creative vision and strategic thinking that allow her to effectively find the ideal real estate solutions for every client’s needs.  Her sharp visual eye and expertise in digital photography are also valuable bonuses when it comes to showcasing her sellers’ properties in the best possible light, and helping buyers see potential in any home.

Originally from New York, Amy graduated from Boston University with a degree in Photography.  She spent 15 years in Los Angeles before moving back East to Connecticut.  Amy has lived in Killingworth since 1999 with her husband Randy Davis of Off The Wall Murals, and her amazing German Shepherd, “Sailor”.  In spare time she enjoys the arts, studying Italian, and giving time to worthy causes.  Amy is a member of the Mid-Shore, Connecticut and National Association of Realtors.  She donates her talent to many local organizations including The Killingworth Women's Organization, The CT Mental Health Clinic, Habitat for Humanity, The Mercy Center, and most recently as Publicity Chair and photographer for the Haddam Killingworth Relay for Life.
